3. Professional Licensing

Sigrid Graber is a licensed Heilpraktikerin in Germany, qualified to practice natural medicine under German law. However, she is not licensed to practice medicine, naturopathy, psychology, or acupuncture in the United States.

Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed healthcare where needed. Services are not intended to replace medical care.

4. Booking, Payment & Fees

Sessions must be booked in advance via the contact form or email. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include cheques, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Elevate Together LLC reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. Pricing transparency is maintained on the Offerings page.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, unless due to emergency or technical failure.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results from sessions or programs vary and are not guaranteed. All recommendations, protocols, and practices are offered in good faith but require the client’s own discretion, commitment, and self-responsibility.

7. Confidentiality & Data Handling

Any personal or health-related information you choose to share will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

However, online communications (email, Zoom, etc.) carry inherent security risks, and absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
